If your stats are appearing as private, or you are seeing the incorrect Riot account, please read the following:

Firstly, please go to: https://tracker.gg/valorant and sign in. Make sure you log into the correct account if you have multiple accounts.

If a different Riot account keeps appearing when you’re trying to sign in, here’s what do do:

We advise completing the following using an incognito/ private browser window. How to use a incognito/ private window on Chrome or Firefox. If you don’t use an incognito/ private window, there’s a chance you apply the following steps to the incorrect account or re-sign into the incorrect account.

Step 1. Please go to https://account.riotgames.com/ and sign into the account you wish to make public.

Step 2. Go to: https://tracker.gg/valorant and sign in. Make sure you log into the correct account.
